Mission Statement

MISSION STATEMENT

Saint Paul City Church (SPCC) is a soul-winning ministry in inner city St. Paul that presents the life-changing, uplifting Gospel message of Jesus Christ. SPCC ministries provide Biblical training, food, clothing, and housing to hundreds of hurting and needy children and adults of many races and cultures. SPCC seeks to help solve the moral decay, crime, drug, gang, homelessness, and poverty that exists in St. Paul.

The vision of Saint Paul City Church is to see thousands of hurting people in St. Paul come to know Christ through the efforts of the dedicated staff, volunteers, and recently converted Christians whose lives have been dramatically changed. The SPCC staff implements ministries that meet the needs, heal the hurts, and solve the problems of inner-city people. The church helps people on the streets and in their homes through exciting, relevant outreaches. Once SPCC meets their spiritual and physical needs, they will no longer face a life of heartache and destruction, but they will look forward to a life of hope and opportunity.

It is imperative that dynamic, soul-winning churches spring up in the inner cities. The churches must understand the unique needs of those who live within their cities. As a result of these mission churches, many more will accept Christ and find hope. Through training, these once destitute members of society will become productive, and they will offer their services to others in need. Inner-city children will finally be offered hope instead of despair, truth instead of evil, and provisions instead of hunger, cold, and nakedness.

This vision of SPCC can only be realized through the prayers and financial support of Christians and churches that want to help the inner city. Only with this support can SPCC accomplish the great task of meeting the spiritual and physical needs of St. Paul.

Where there was once darkness, there IS NOW light.
Where there was once despair, there IS NOW hope.
